New Jersey American Water - Springfield Avenue over I-78

Traffic control for the resurfacing of the local and express lanes of I-78 provided an opportunity for NJAW to replace their sixteen and twelve inch diameter water main supported under the Springfield Avenue bridge crossing.  BS&J completed the design and permitting for the water main replacement and provided engineering services during construction.  Work included the testing of the existing pipe support inserts in the reinforced concrete bridge deck.
